Job Description
Directs, plans, and organizes the staff and activities of the Infrastructure Services and Management unit. Ensures the health, performance, capacity, and cost effectiveness of Enterprise Infrastructure and production operations; establishes standards and SLA’s and reports on KPI’s. Ensures adherence to standard operating procedures, develops preventative maintenance standards, and methods and measurements for continual service improvement.
Job Responsibility
- Plans, organizes, and accomplishes a variety of tasks to meet priorities, goals, and objectives, and maintains all appropriate files, reports, and records as required.

Job Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree required, or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
- 8-12 years of relevant experience and 7+ years of leadership / management experience, required.
Highly Preferred Skills:
- Experience working with Wintel, Citrix, VM Ware, Midrange technologies/operating systems
- Experience with storage platforms – supporting Dell & Pure
- Google Cloud/GCP experience highly preferred
- Experience with Data Center colo buildouts

The salary range for this position is $184,000-$322,000/year
