Job Description
Oversees and directs construction projects and field operations from conception to completion.
Job Responsibility
1.Review projects and construction documents in-depth to schedule deliverables and assemble project schedules for workforce and subcontractors.
2.Collaborate with the project design team, submit RFI’s as needed, and manage the material procurement process with external suppliers.
3.Coordinate and direct in-house tradespeople, subcontractors, and responsible for overall jobsite supervision and execution of all project deliverables.
4.Coordinate inspections and ensure work is performed to applicable building codes in accordance with design documents and internal standards.
5.Select tools, materials and equipment and track job site inventory.
6.Develops, communicates, and builds consensus for goals in alignment with the health system.
7.Prepares summary memos and other materials needed to convey information and recommendations effectively.
8.Proposals (RFP’s) and assist in selection of consultants and development partners.
9.Partners with project teams, which may include internal partners, architects, attorneys and other professionals; oversees the development, coordination, integration, communication, implementation, and performance of operating policies and procedures.
10.Selects, develops, manages, and evaluates direct reports; oversees the selection, development, management, and evaluation of indirect reports.
11.Builds and maintains productive inter/intra departmental and vendor work relationships to optimize operations.

Job Qualification
•Bachelor’s Degree required, or equivalent combination of education and
related experience.
•6-8 years of relevant experience and 5 years of leadership / construction management experience, required.
•Must be able to carry 60 lbs.
•Valid NY State driver’s license, required.

The salary range for this position is $91400.00-$158100.00/year.
