Job Description
Leads and oversees all on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, on time, and within budget.
Job Responsibility
1.Supervise and coordinate daily construction operations on site, ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, blueprints, and quality standards.
2.Develop and implement project schedules, monitor progress, and report on deviations or potential delays.
3.Manage and allocate on-site resources, including labor, equipment, and materials, to optimize productivity and efficiency.
4.Conduct regular site inspections to monitor work quality, progress, and compliance with project documents.
5.Anticipate and identify potential project issues or risks, developing and implementing proactive solutions.
6.Champion a strong safety culture on site, enforcing all company safety policies, OSHA regulations, and industry best practices.
7.Conduct regular safety audits and inspections, identify hazards, and implement corrective actions immediately.
8.Ensure all personnel adhere to proper PPE requirements and safe operating procedures for equipment and tasks.
9.Investigate and document all incidents, accidents, or near-misses, and implement measures to prevent recurrence.

Job Qualification
•High School diploma, or equivalent combination of education and related experience required.
•Associate’s/Technical Degree or equivalent combination of education and related experience, preferred.
•4-6 years of relevant experience.
•Must be able to carry 60 lbs.
•Valid NY State driver’s license, required.

The salary range for this position is $79880.00-$136340.00/year.
