401(k) retirement planning: employer contribution and additional company match after one year of service for eligible team members.
Advancing your education: continuous learning programs, at no cost to our team members, such as the Center for Learning and Innovation (CLI), education discounts at select colleges and universities, access to LinkedIn Learning courses, 50+ mentorship programs and more.
Tuition assistance and tuition reimbursement programs: eligible employees may receive 100% employer-paid tuition expenses toward a master’s degree from our Northwell Health Hofstra University program and can receive $5,000 per calendar year in reimbursement toward qualified tuition expenses for an associate’s, bachelor’s or graduate-level degree at any accredited university.
Student loan refinancing: assistance available through various loan partners to eligible employees.
